This is a custom-made small shoulder bag that I bought at UNIQLO a while ago. I used leather and metal hardware in various places. It doesn't really look customized. I kept it relatively simple. The shoulder strap is removable. In addition to the main storage space, there's a zippered pocket on the back. It's convenient for storing things like your smartphone, wallet, and keys.
