I'm not sure if it's a cut-and-sew, or the specifics, but it's a top with short sleeves. The attached string is designed to be tied in a ribbon at the back of the neck. Since it's quite old, the fabric itself has likely become loose. The neckline, too, probably looks more worn compared to when I bought it. I don't see any noticeable stains or dirt at a glance, but because some people have been verbally abusive due to overlooked flaws, I ask that you only purchase this if you're okay with the possibility of overlooked stains.
