The GEL-KAYANO 31, with excellent cushioning, is perfect for running. I purchased this item, which was in near-new condition, in March 2025. I used it for jogging about 50km, but it felt a bit too small and tight for my feet in both length and width, so I'm putting it up for sale. There is some slight wear on the sole and some dirt from use, but otherwise, I think it's in good condition overall.
