This is a piece of fabric that was made by taking apart a silk kimono and returning it to its original bolt form. I bought it because it was originally taken apart, and I was told that if I sewed it, it would become a kimono, but I never made it. I believe the size and length are the same as a general bolt of fabric. Also, the fabric is not silk. It doesn't have a sheen and the surface isn't stiff, so I think it's probably cotton or polyester, but I'm not very knowledgeable, so I'm not sure. Would anyone who can make a kimono be interested? It's an unused item, but it has been stored by a non-professional, so there may be small scratches or stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Thank you.
