I didn't experience any blisters when I first wore them (at least, not with my feet), and I think they are comfortable to wear due to the thick heel, which provides stability (although there is some wear on the heels, about 1-2mm on both the left and right outer sides). Before wearing them for the first time, I had the soles reinforced and a thin leather insole added to improve the feel, but I left the insole as is because it looked like it might peel off strangely.
