This was at my home. As you can see in the image, the shrink wrap seal is clean and there are no signs of it being opened, so it is likely a new, unopened item. I don't know the details, but I think it's more valuable unopened, so I will ship it as is without opening it. It's from that time period. I haven't opened it, so I don't know what's inside.
