This is a SNIDEL canvas tote bag. It's a sturdy bag made of canvas fabric with a logo embroidered on it. The thickness can be adjusted with the buttons on the sides, and the bag is easy to use because it stands on its own with the studs on the bottom. It has only been used two or three times, so it's generally in good condition, but there are some scuff marks on the inner edge of the handles (see image 13).
