This item was in use until recently. There may be dirt, scratches, rust, dents, and oversights, but it's for those who don't mind. There are stickers still attached, so please remove them if you're concerned. Everything in the photos is included. I cannot answer questions about how to install it. Includes the mounting base, retaining screws, and two keys.
