The size is XL. It's a large size, so I think anyone can wear it. The fox ears were sold separately on Amazon, but they're cute together, so I'm including them. They can also be sold separately. I bought the fox ears on Amazon for about 1600 yen. The miko outfit was about 1800 yen. I've only worn it once. It's in good condition.
