Worn only about 3 times, so it's in beautiful condition. Easy to put on and take off with a zipper and buttons, and it's very cute with the matching hat. The frills at the base of the legs are a highlight! There's no pilling, fraying, or stains, but this is a used item worn by a child, so please understand that before purchasing.
