I purchased this about a year ago and used it for about six months before storing it. It can be directly mounted on a Garmin mount. The bracket is not included as it is being reused. By flipping the base with a hex wrench, you can also mount it suspended from a Rec-Mount or similar. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about its condition, as it is a used item.
