It can be worn as a short-sleeved dress, or you can layer a turtleneck underneath, so it can be worn in all seasons except summer. My daughter wore this when she was wearing size 110. It has been worn, but I think it's still lovely and can be worn. The buttonhole on the bottom button of the back is slightly frayed, so please be aware of this before purchasing.
