This is a single-mantle lantern that's rusted all over. You can't tell from the photos, but it was manufactured in January 1992 (Heisei 4) in the USA. It worked hard without complaint, rain or shine, and while it's in this condition, it still shines brightly. I've replaced consumables like the generator, so I think it'll be fine for a while. Of course, there are no leaks. It can use automotive gasoline for emergencies, but I only use white gas. It's gone beyond vintage, but I don't even worry about tripping over it and knocking it over at the campsite.
