(Although unopened, dust has adhered to the opening.) As this is an item from about 30 years ago, the packaging is faded. The outer bag has dirt on it. Image 3 shows the back of the message board. It is the type that attaches to the rear window of a car with suction cups. As this is a very old item, the suction power of the suction cups may be gone. The suction cups have turned yellow. ☑️ If the suction cups cannot be used, replacement suction cups from a store should be fine. ② This is one transparent sticker from 2002. Dust may have adhered to the adhesive part.
