Due to changes in the flight environment, the mouton collar was removed and jersey was attached in the late 1950s, modernizing it into the MA-1. This is a modified model of the C model, famous for the photos of Marilyn Monroe. The air force blue color reminiscent of real vintage, the SCOVILL zipper, and the use of wool and cotton for the padding create the heavy texture unique to vintage flight jackets. This is truly a piece that allows you to feel the quality that is unique to Alpha Industries. Although it is a reproduction, this item is also vintage, and there are fewer of these products available in the market.
