This is a tapestry I purchased in Tunisia, North Africa, quite a while ago. It has been stored unused since I bought it. The materials are cotton and wool. There is no distinction between the front and back. Please see the images. Due to aging, there are differences in the base color and some stains on each side. There are areas on the black border where the threads haven't been finished, leaving white threads. There are also areas where the threads of the pattern are slightly loose, appearing like small holes.
