This is a pin badge made to commemorate the "Heijo-kyo 1300th Anniversary Festival" held at the Heijo Palace Site in Nara City in 2010 (January 1st to December 31st, 2010). The design features the festival's character "Sento-kun" and the "Heijo Palace Daigokuden." The pin badges were originally displayed in a frame, but one of the frame's fasteners is broken, so only the pin badges are being offered for sale.
