Purchased as a used, excellent condition item in September 2023. Used a few times a month for cooking brown rice on a gas stove. Recently, I've been concerned about the weight and have been using a different pot for cooking, so I haven't had the opportunity to use this one, and I'm listing it now. The previous owner purchased it about 6 years ago at a Staub outlet mall and used it for cooking rice only, a few times a month for about 3 years. It is also compatible with IH cooktops, but I have never used it on one.
