MATFER Matfer Silpat 30 x 30 cm I purchased this about 6 or 7 years ago, recommended by a teacher at a confectionery class, but I have stored it long-term without ever using it. I was told that when baking cookies, baking them on this would result in a beautifully finished underside. I took it out of the bag for the photos this time.
