This is Mr. Hobby's Mr. Mark Setter. It's used when applying water slide decals to plastic models. This item was purchased new by me and has been stored unused. It has not been opened, so the contents are still intact. However, please be aware that it has been stored by a private individual. Please also check the condition carefully in the photos.
