Baby's summer hat. It's not straw, but it's well-ventilated and very easy to wear. The design features bear ears, making it twice as cute just by wearing it! I received it as a gift, so I don't know when it was purchased. I don't know how often the previous owner used it, but I haven't used it at all since receiving it.
