Ovation Celebrity Deluxe Includes a hard case. It's in good condition because it hasn't been used much. There are not many scratches or stains, but please take a close look at the images as this is just my personal opinion. I only used it as a hobby, so I don't really know about neck warping. I think the frets are perfectly fine.
