Vandoren 5RV Lyre Clarinet Mouthpiece Thank you for viewing. I believe I purchased this several years ago, as I haven't used it in a while. The logo is slightly worn, but there are no chips on the mouthpiece or rails. I removed the patch and carefully cleaned it with mouthpiece cleaner. No pets, no smokers. I will pack it securely with bubble wrap and ship it.
