I received this as a gift. I only wore it once, and then it became too small for me. In my opinion, there are no scratches or frays. The tag has been cut off, but the item still has the tag. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item. The way used items are viewed and felt varies from person to person. It has been stored at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor scratches or stains, or if you are a perfectionist or very particular. No price reduction. When shipping, I will pack it compactly, so please understand that there may be creases.
