I made a miniature hagoita (decorative paddle) with pressed-fabric pictures of a shishimai (lion dance) and white and red plum blossoms using vintage silk fabrics, along with auspicious items like pine branches, pine cones, and mizuhiki (decorative cords) ^ - ^ I also made a kagami mochi (two-tiered rice cake) out of chirimen (crepe fabric)♡ I made kushi-gaki (dried persimmons on a skewer), daidai (bitter orange), and urajiro (Japanese silverleaf) out of chirimen as well. I made a temari (decorative ball) and a hane (shuttlecock) so they can be displayed together.
