This is a set of 24 Tombow colored pencils. I am selling them because I don't use them. Looking at the fourth image, it seems like the black pencil has been used a little. The other colors haven't been used at all. There are no problems with the pencils themselves, but as you can see in the 7th and 8th images, there are some spots where the outer part has rust.
