This is likely a Felix the Cat drawstring bag from about 30 years ago. It's very cute, so I'm putting it up for sale. If anyone is looking for one, please consider it. Sanrio, made in Japan. I can't say for sure what the material is, but I think it's cotton. It's fairly sturdy.
