The buckle closes, but it's tight enough that I hesitate to bend my wrist, so I think it's around 15cm-16cm. There are no extra links. This is a used item, sold as is. There may be minor scratches, stains, signs of use, and age-related deterioration. It is currently not working. I have no history of overhauling it. It may work if charged in the sun, but just in case, I will sell it as junk. Please understand the above and only purchase if you are able to handle it.
