Thank you for viewing! m(_ _)m The fragments and motifs are fixed to the base fabric with iron-on adhesive. Some parts may peel off over time. The base is a thin, white (ivory?) cotton fabric. What carnival is adding is not a ring flower, but a part of the dangling lace ^^;
