This is a tent-Mark DESIGNS Takibi Tarp TC Wing that I purchased about 6 years ago. I've only used it about twice, so it's in pretty good condition. There are no instructions, but I've attached them as images since they can be downloaded from the internet. It's made of a fire-resistant material, so I haven't used a fire-retardant sheet. It's the perfect size for both family and solo camping. I'm also including a set of two tent-Mark DESIGNS poles that can be adjusted from 130cm to 280cm.
