I purchased this a while ago, but I haven't used it much and have been storing it. I think it would look good on men as well as women. It seems to have enough capacity for a trip of about one night. There are also three inner pockets, so you shouldn't have trouble keeping track of things like your phone. The stain on the 8th image's instruction card is likely color transfer from the canvas, as it was kept in a pocket inside the bag.
