Used only once during last year's big cleaning. I cleaned the living room flooring and stubborn kitchen stains, and it became incredibly clean thanks to the steam effect. I was planning to use it again this year, but it seems unnecessary, so I'm putting it up for sale. Two EasyFix microfiber cloths (washed) and one black brush have been used once, but the other accessories are unused.
