This is a set of genuine Honda Freed Spike (GB3 series) headlights, left and right. The headlights have been treated with a headlight restorer, removing yellowing and cloudiness, resulting in clear lenses. They are HID specification (D2S/D2R, 35W) and come with the original ballast.
