Type...Sake Vessels Price reduced. Pottery... Kutani-yaki Thank you for viewing. These are sake vessels that were stored in a wooden box in a storehouse. They have hardly been used, so I have decided to put them up for sale. The tokkuri (sake bottle) has a red seal of Kutani Fukuei and depicts life under a thatched roof. The square sake cups have a large one that is divided into three sections on the inside, with gold coloring and a gorgeous design of court nobles, withered tree flowers, and fruits. Maple leaves are painted on the outside, and there is also a Kutani backstamp. The smaller one is divided into four sections in a fan shape, with gold coloring and depictions of court nobles, princesses, commoners, and chrysanthemums. Also, blue waves and chrysanthemums are painted on the outside. The round sake cups have one with a withered tree design on the inside and another with a mountain landscape design, both with gold coloring around the edges. You can enjoy these for drinking sake or as interior decorations. There is no wooden box, so they will be sent in a cardboard box.
