This is the DITA Dream unit and its dedicated conversion connector. It is currently stored in a dehumidifying cabinet. There are no major scratches or the looseness of the 2-pin connectors that is characteristic of this model, and it is in good condition. Also, the conversion connector is a dedicated 0.80mm 2-pin to MMCX adapter for this model. (I previously listed the unit only, but I found this while organizing my belongings, so I'm including it.)
