I purchased this approximately two years ago and used it once or twice. The total usage time is less than 30 minutes. Everything that came with it when I bought it is included. There is also the instruction manual, and the product is in a condition almost as good as new, from the product itself to the box. To avoid causing any discomfort to the buyer, I have cleaned the product as much as possible to remove any traces of use. However, due to the nature of hair, if any fine strands were attached in detail, they may adhere to the packaging or box upon opening due to vibrations during shipping. Therefore, please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect condition item. If this sells elsewhere, I may have to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.
