This is a 4-way briefcase from Luggage Label, which can be used as a vertical or horizontal briefcase, backpack, or shoulder bag. There are some minor, inconspicuous stains on the surface, but it's still in good shape without any sagging. I think the inside also shows little sign of use. An aftermarket shoulder strap is also included. The shoulder straps for the backpack show even less wear and tear, and I think it would be very useful for commuting to work or school.
