Used item. Purchased about 6 years ago. Parts other than the single bay patient use side stream are unused. The blue lid on the main unit has a broken tab. I didn't feel it was too inconvenient and I was using it. If necessary, I will include the used parts. The part that connects the hose for the reusable side stream is loose. #Medical
