Size is free. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some pilling. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this. When I had my first child, I didn't know about this product and it was really difficult. After giving birth to my second child and using this product, it really helped my baby sleep, and I was so grateful. It was also great for preventing the Moro reflex.
