This is a Fuecoco plushie purchased a year ago at the Pokemon Center in Tokyo Skytree. The tag has been removed, but it's in clean condition with no signs of use. There's a fiber-like material attached to the top of its head. I'm refraining from removing it to avoid causing any damage, so I will ship it as is. Please check the sixth photo.
