This is a 1-sun 2-bu (approximately 36mm) Kanetake chisel. There is no maker's mark, but I understand it's from Kanetake, a specialty store for chisels and carving knives. Takahashi Kazumi Special Chisel Manufacturing, which made Kanetake chisels, seems to have closed down, so I think it will become difficult to obtain them in the future.
