Sanko external bird heater, made in Japan. I have confirmed that it heats up when powered on. Comes with box and instruction manual. Used for two seasons. There is discoloration due to burning on the heating plate, but there are no other noticeable scratches or stains. Returns are not accepted. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
