I received this item in almost new condition. However, there was a stain on the back from the time I received it. I didn't notice it much when my child was wearing it, so I didn't worry about it. My child wore this twice. This is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are overly concerned about details.
