It's in reasonably good condition, as it was used with a case. The stick part has some discoloration. There are a few scratches on the back. There are no operational issues, and it has been initialized. The initialized memory stick is included and will be sold as is. The AC adapter and USB cable are not included. I'm including two USB cables that I used, although they are not official ones. I am not considering lowering the price.
