This is belt material made from Tochigi leather. The color is as shown in the image, but if I had to describe it, it's a turquoise blue leaning towards green. It's 110cm long, 3.5mm thick, and 4.0cm wide, and the leather is firm. It's vegetable-tanned, so it's easy to work with, and the edges will finish nicely.
