This is a Kyoto-style lacquerware bowl. It features a beautiful plum blossom maki-e design on deep vermillion lacquer. The sharp chamfering and the waisted shape of the bowl give it a modern appearance. Its generous size makes it suitable for ozoni (New Year's soup). It is in excellent condition, having only been stored. The size is 13.2 cm in diameter and 9 cm in height. There is one more in stock. Please understand that this is an antique item.
