It is separated into upper and lower body pieces. The upper body fastens at the back with a buckle, and the lower body is put on by putting the legs (thighs) through and then fastening the waist belt with a buckle in the front. The first and second photos are examples of the harness being worn. You will receive only the two harnesses (upper and lower set) shown in the third photo. It will be waterproofed and shipped in a Nekopos box.
