Made using a retro-style looped-knit fabric knitted in Wakayama Prefecture. Following vintage sewing specifications, flat seaming is mainly used. Pockets that did not exist in the original have been added. Minimal seam pockets on both sides and slightly rounded square pockets on the hips are adopted. The waist has a cotton drawcord. Rubber is also inserted into the ribbing to improve the wearing comfort. A rare old-fashioned knitting machine is used. This pile fabric is knitted at a very slow pace of 1 to 2 rolls per day, with a tight gauge. The back is a soft-touch pile specification.
