These are Italian-made brass fittings. I purchased them a few years ago for around 2000 yen each and used them to make custom-made bags. They were good, so I tried to buy more, but the price had increased, so I didn't use them. I had two sets in reserve. I'm selling them because I have no opportunity to use them.
