I visited a musical instrument store and tried out various guitars in the 30,000-60,000 yen range. As a result of strumming and testing them all, this guitar sang with a significantly better feel than the others. The guitar's sound on its own was also honest and had a pleasing, rich mid-range. Furthermore, the beautiful wood grain, the easy-to-hold body shape, and the low action made it easy to play, so I decided to buy it without hesitation (although it was slightly over budget). It's not a high-end model made entirely in Japan, but a mid-range model manufactured in China and adjusted in a Japanese factory. "Even though it's called adjustment, we actually disassemble and reassemble almost everything," a craftsman at Deviser told me later when I had the opportunity to visit the company. I was impressed by Deviser's meticulous work. From the time of purchase until recently, I practiced indoors, mainly alone, about 10 days a month. Thanks to that, I feel like my strumming skills have returned recently, and I've decided to move to the next level, so I'm selling this guitar. There are some minor scratches as I've used it well (see photo 5), but I've basically taken very good care of it and have maintained it properly, so it's generally in very clean condition. The truss rod has not been touched since the purchase. The neck feels straight and has no issues. The string height is low, as you can see in photo 11, with approximately 1.5mm at the 12th fret for the 1st string and approximately 1.7mm for the 6th string. The guitar will be wrapped in cloth, placed in the almost unused original gig bag, and then packed in a custom-made cardboard box for shipping.
